Log onto our website at: www.fotoprint.ca
Select “Orders & Estimates”
Please choose “Miscellaneous Submission” from the left side menu bar and fill out the form as requested. The form will indicate which fields must be entered. Important! Please indicate Susan as your contact at Fotoprint – this will ensure our CSR is notified that the files have arrived. Once completed, hit the “proceed” button and a browser will appear for you to select your file/folder from a location on your computer.
You will receive an automatic notification that confirms your submission – this will be sent directly to the email address you provided on the form. Our CSR at the plant will also be notified that your file has been submitted.
You may also send in a disc (CD or DVD) attn: Susan to the above address.

For any method of file transfer, it is recommended that you use a program such as Stuffit or WinZip to create a smaller single archive which can be sent through various computer types without corruption. You can send email to our art department at mark.bitz[at]c2media[dot]com for files up to 5MB only.
If you are sending larger files, please use an FTP Client software package such as Fetch or Transmit. These programs require the information in this format:

This is a general delivery box, so your files will be moved into our network for security once the transfer is completed.
To ensure we are aware of your files please follow each transmission with a fax, email or phone call describing what files you have sent and be sure to identify your salesperson.
